The event began with a welcome dinner at Gianni’s Restaurant at the Versace Mansion. Followed the next morning by a factory tour and a series of engaging presentations from thought leaders, who offered in-depth insights into the current challenges and evolving needs of the foodservice industry.

Later, we discussed trends and challenges facing the foodservice industry including new refrigeration regulations for 2025 and 2026, company succession planning, the stainless steel market, and how to market to architects.
