Arctic’s Continuing Education Seminar with FCSI Foodservice Consultants
At Arctic Industries, we believe that knowledge-sharing and collaboration are at the heart of driving meaningful advancements in the foodservice industry. That commitment took center stage during our recent Continuing Education Seminar, where we had the honor of hosting esteemed members from the Foodservice Consultants Society International (FCSI) for two days of education, conversation, and inspiration.

The Event in Focus
Our seminar brought together industry experts, Arctic leaders, and engaged attendees for discussions on critical topics such as refrigeration technology advancements, the stainless steel market, company succession planning, and how to market to architects. The event began with a welcome dinner at Gianni’s Restaurant at the Versace Mansion. Followed the next morning by a factory tour and a series of engaging presentations from thought leaders, who offered in-depth insights into the current challenges and evolving needs of the foodservice industry.

Behind-the-Scenes Factory Tour with CEO Brian Murphy
A highlight of the day was an exclusive factory tour led by our CEO, Brian Murphy, offering attendees a close look at Arctic’s manufacturing processes. The tour showcased our approach to engineering and manufacturing, highlighting how we differentiate ourselves in quality, innovation, and precision. With each station, attendees could see the craftsmanship that goes into our walk-in coolers and freezers and the advanced technologies we employ to deliver top-of-the-line products that support both operational efficiency and our customer-first approach.
Brian shared Arctic’s vision for continued innovation in the walk-in space, emphasizing how we work to stay ahead of industry needs by investing in R&D, exploring processes, and building lasting partnerships with consultants, suppliers, and clients alike.

Insights from Key Leaders and Industry Experts
Later, we discussed trends and challenges facing the foodservice industry including new refrigeration regulations for 2025 and 2026, company succession planning, the stainless steel market, and how to market to architects. Special thanks to our brilliant speakers Lenny Condenzio (Ricca Design Studios), Scott Reitano (Reitano Design Group), Patrick Gribbin (HTPG), and Tom Flynn (Specialty Rolled Metals (SRM) whose expertise and passion brought invaluable insights and all our attendees.

A Special Thank You to Our Arctic Team and Attendees
An event of this scale and quality would not have been possible without the hard work and dedication of our Arctic team. From planning and logistics to the factory team that ensures our facility exemplifies our commitment to excellence, every team member played an integral role in making the seminar a success.
And to our FCSI attendees: your enthusiasm, thoughtful questions, and active engagement made this seminar an inspiring and memorable experience for all. We appreciate your willingness to learn with us and explore how Arctic’s solutions can support your projects and clients.
