Insulation & Panels

Floors are smooth aluminum for increased durability and strength. Custom options available on floor finish and strength levels

4” or 5-3/8” thick, foamed-in-place panels

All doors include interior & exterior 36” high aluminum diamond-tread kick-plates on doors plugs

Panel core is CFC free Class 1 Urethane permanently bonded to the metal skins

We offer heavy-duty glass doors, automatic doors, sliding, and traditional options. All doors are compliant with EISA regulations

Modular design with tongue and groove construction, cam action locking devices, and NSF approved wrap-around vinyl gaskets

We can provide sliding doors for use where space restricts the use of swing doors -- or when installation space is only available on one side of the door opening

Single panel lengths up to 25’

A comprehensive selection of refrigeration systems are available to meet the exact customer and project requirements

Foamed-in-place, in-fitting, self-closing, flush-mounted door plug with magnetic gasket

Condensing unit selection of air-cooled or water-cooled in configurations ranging from pre-assembled, remote, or top-mount self-contained

Pre-wired door sections to accommodate center-mounted light fixture and heater wire (in freezers)

Evaporator coils have EC motors, and are available in low profile, center mount, or standard profile, and can be coated for protection when required

Heavy-duty, self-closing, cam lift, gravity hinges machine bolted to steel backing plates to ensure maximum strength and eliminate sagging

EcoNet® Enabled Unit Coolers are intelligent, electronically operated evaporators for walk-in coolers and freezers designed for easier installation and energy savings

Hydraulic door closer

LED temperature displays with extended reach sensor included for all coolers and freezers
